Covid Clinic Administrator

We are looking for administrators to support the day to day operations of our Covid vaccination centres across parts of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. The Covid vaccination sites are all within our pharmacies. Duties will include welcoming and booking patients in for their vaccinations as well as dealing with their basic enquiries. The successful applicant will also be responsible for the reporting of daily figures at the end of each covid vaccination clinic. This is an exciting 8 hours FTC  role. You need to be good with people, work well under pressure and be able to use your own  initiative.

The ideal candidate would be well organised, a good communicator and can manage a fast paced workload. General administration experience / customer service experience would be beneficial. Confidence in basic IT skills is also required as it is an IT based role. The 8 hours contract would take the form of one day a week (Monday to Friday). Flexibility would be appreciated and there may be some overtime in addition.

This position is located primarily in the Chesterfield area but there may be opportunities further afield. This is a fixed term contract.

Drivers licence preferred but not essential.
