The role is ideal for someone who is experienced in the role, or someone who is looking to become a Registered Manager with the experience of taking their organisation through a minimum of two CQC inspections.
As CQC Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Using your experience of successful CQC inspections to drive continuous improvement in compliance
- Leading the coordination for inspection processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of CQC inspection regime
- Facilitating self-assessments and audits to ensure compliance
- Assisting in pre-inspections preparation and planning
- Supporting improvement projects and ensure ongoing compliance
- Coordinating onsite inspection activities
- Assisting in tender bid writing and support general administration tasks
- Participating in client visits as part of senior management rotation
- Supporting post inspection processes and action plan implementation
- Professional experience either as a Registered Manager, or in a similar role and with direct experience of a minimum of two CQC inspection processes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with Radar Governance platform is an advantage, but not required
- A solid understanding of the NHS gained either working within the NHS or other Healthcare organisation
- Flexible attitude, with an understanding of the need to work beyond limitations of the job role in support of broader business requirements
You will be working in the office Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 with a 30 min lunchbreak, so it’s a great opportunity if you’re living locally in Redditch, Worcester, Kidderminster, Leamington, Solihull or South Birmingham. They can offer flexibility in working hours (e.g. 08:00 – 16:00) but cannot currently offer hybrid or remote working.
