Our client has over 40 years in the HGV industry, from selling, building to fixing all vehicles from HGV, Vans, Cranes and much more. Our client is looking to add a Crane Technician to their state of the art workshop. The ideal candidate will have some experience of crane vehicle testing or vehicle manufacturing. Main Responsibilities of a Crane Technician:
- Completing various tasks such as helping with the initial build to the safe set up and final tests of the crane.
- Completing the handover of the crane to the customer.
- Delivering the customer training of the equipment.
- Ensuring the customer leaves with superior and safe knowledge of crane operation.
Essential Requirements of the Crane Technician:
- Qualified HGV Mechanic, Electrical, Engineering or Hydraulic equipment.
- HGV License-Desirable
- Experience of crane vehicle testing or vehicle manufacturing
- Experience in Loler Testing.
- Previous Crane Technician experience would be desirable.
