We are seeking a Creative Account Manager to join an established, welcoming team in Manchester on a full-time basis. You’ll be in the office 2 days per week (the rest from home).
As a flexible Account Manager, you will manage and control creative projects and assigned briefs from concept through design rollout and hand over to internal Production AMs. You will support your client at all points of each project, working in team collaboration to maintain relationships through exceptional service. This role is to work specifically with one of the agencies key retail clients.
Reporting to the Account Director you can expect to:
- Translate client briefs into clear and concise working creative briefs
- Present creative work to clients in a manner that engages and excites them, with or without a designer present
- Manage all lines requiring photography through the company studio
- Manage all commercial aspects of your projects from estimating through to invoicing, in a timely and accurate manner
The successful Creative Account Manager applicant will have an understanding of the FMCG market, prior experience in the creative process and the ability to effectively present to and work closely with clients throughout the various projects. We are looking for someone with excellent time management skills as well as presentation and negotiation skills. Brand and packaging experience would be ideal, however we are considering candidates with photography and digital experience
