You will provide an exceptional customer experience - building and retaining strong, sustainable client relationships. You will take ownership of the project lifecycle and budgets to ensure best in class delivery of all end-to-end creative/graphics projects, creating a brighter future for your clients and for the business.
Overview:
You will provide an exceptional customer experience - building and retaining strong, sustainable client relationships. You will take ownership of the project lifecycle and budgets to ensure best in class delivery of all end-to-end creative/graphics projects. Your work will be a mix of creative and adaptation projects.
In detail:
Take ownership of the project lifecycle from kick-off meetings through to final artwork, understanding scope of work and deliverables to ensure smooth project delivery
Escalate risks and offer mitigating action plans to avoid unnecessary disappointment
Challenge and analyse information, resources and processes to ensure you can solve your clients’ problems
Write well-articulated, informed and inspiring briefs for the creative team and review designs to ensure output is meeting the clients’ needs
Understand the value of every project to deliver estimates and complete projects with accuracy and consistency
Identify and pursue the most cost-effective ways of working and opportunities to upsell to exceed commercial expectations
Develop a strong progressive relationship with your clients - not only ensuring all KPIs are met but exceeding their expectations and removing their pain points to provide an exceptional client experience
Assume full accountability for all activity for your clients, plan appropriately, consult cross functionally and inform stakeholders to ensure alignment and management of expectations
Understand the full supply chain for your client and where you add value
Respond and manage all creative activity confidently, efficiently to brief, on budget and on time
Demonstrate that you have expert knowledge of clients’ brands, competitors and market challenges to establish yourself as your clients ‘go to’ person
Conduct Market, Brand, Range and post launch reviews at the right time, ensure observations are shared and improvements are addressed and actioned in a timely manner to deliver positive outcomes
Where complaints are received, ensure investigations take place in a timely manner to establish root cause and corrective actions
Develop good cross-functional relationships to help you plan appropriately and communicate well with stakeholders to ensure alignment and management of expectations
