Creative Artworker

Our client is seeking an experienced Creative Artworker to join their production department at their head office in Whitstable, Kent.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Creative Artworker, you will:

- Handle the pre-press phase of production
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs
- Amend previous jobs and set up new client artwork
- Create cutter guides, set up white ink layers, and produce print-ready files.

This role is diverse, working with a variety of clients, from local walk-ins to SMEs and large corporations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Expert knowledge of Adobe CC, especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Quick and efficient in creating print-ready files from client-supplied artwork
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Understanding of both large and small format digital print and production processes
- Detail-oriented and able to follow brand guidelines meticulously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised with strong time-management abilities
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Willing to collaborate closely with a small, experienced team.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

- Competitive salary between £26k-£32k, negotiable based on experience
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
