Job description

Overall Responsibility
To help grow and raise awareness of the our clients brand.
As Creative Artworker you'll contribute to and develop our marketing strategy, plan and implement the activity needed to help us achieve our business goals.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Write engaging copy content for website pages and email (through MailChimp)
  • Produce creative content, including blog posts.
  • Working with Procurement and Technical to routinely maintain and refresh the website content through Wordpress CMS.
  • Engage and post frequently on all Social Media channels especially Instagram and develop LinkedIn to maintain a current cross platform presence.
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for social media, website, emails and campaigns.
  • Create, deliver and drive digital marketing campaigns using relevant and fit for purpose platforms appropriate to our current and future customer base.
  • Monitor all marketing campaign progress & assess the results to ascertain ROI
  • Create awareness of and develop our brand.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Technical to produce the main and seasonal brochures (Valentines/Easter/Mothering Sunday & Christmas).
  • Create communications on the back of approved promotions, short-dated stock and/or excess stock.
  • Work with Procurement and Technical to ensure creation of NPD brochures/flyers and customer invitations for demonstration days.
  • Feedback on competitor activity (products & services), monitor, analyse and recommend market trends.


Key Requirements

  • Ideally you will have worked commercially for 2 years.
  • Understanding of Creative Suite - Adobe Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
  • You will live and breathe creativity, typography and attention to detail.


Essentials

  • 2-year solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A degree in graphic design or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' commercial experience.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to articulate your ideas.
  • Able to work in a collaborative team.
  • Keen eye for typography and an understanding of its relevance to good design.
  • Acute attention to detail, organised, with time management skills and able to follow through to final output.
  • Knowledge of print processes and setting artwork and files ready for print.
