Due to consistent growth, my client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Creative Content Producer to work across key projects. This is an exciting time for the company, with rapid growth and exciting project wins.
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump in at the deep-end and take the reins on some world-class projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will need to manage the entire project lifecycle including overseeing production timeframes, resources and ensuring on time and on budget delivery.
- You will be expected to communicate with agency partners, head of departments and external clients, ensuring 1st class relationships.
- Strategic Video Planning: Devise and implement a comprehensive video content strategy across various platforms, demonstrating a mastery of long and short-form content creation.
- Creative Direction: Take ownership of ideation and production, ensuring top-quality content that aligns with the brand's vision and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborative Leadership: Lead the content team, inspiring and guiding them to achieve creative excellence and drive impactful storytelling.
- Innovation Integration: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in content creation, incorporating these insights into the brand's video content to maintain relevance and captivate audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Communications, Marketing, and Creative, to align video content with wider brand strategies and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement a test-driven approach, leveraging analytics and insights to optimize content performance continually.
Requirements:
- Ability to translate complex creative ideas into deliverable projects.
- Experience in client management and relationship building.
- Experience developing and managing large, complex budgets and project plans.
- Experienced in risk management processes.
- Ability to work across multiple projects at different stages of development.
- Computer Literacy; adept on all Google Apps and Microsoft Office Apps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
