Job Title:Creative Developer (Global Digital Academy)Location: Preston - Hybrid - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role. Salary: £42,000 What you'll be doing:
    Support the development of digital materials to be used as part of digital curriculumCreate materials in line with the learning ethos of BAE Systems utilising an appropriate platforms.Leverage digital tools to create agile, engaging materials for apprentices, graduates and existing staff which can be utilised both synchronously and asynchronously where requiredProvide expertise and guidance on the design process to ensure the specification of the package is metCreate and sustain a culture of collaboration to enable the sharing of best practice and enhance the overall learner experienceTake ownership of creating learning packages working with a variety of SMEs through the whole design processReview and develop new learning materials as part of the continuous improvement cycleWork to set deadlines and effectively manage workload escalating issues to the Training Manager as appropriateProofread and ensure that resource created are to a high standardTranslate technical concepts into accessible learning resources for apprenticesUtilises modern authoring tools to create packages of learning suitable for a blended curriculum
Your skills and experiences:Essential:
    Adobe Creative Cloud experience- Photoshop, InDesign & Premier ProHighly proficient in using a range of I.T. programmes, authoring tools and virtual learning environments, including the use of SCORM packagesExperience of using eLearning packages such as Gomo Learning, Storyline or CaptivateUnderstanding of basic technical requirements related to the core disciplines of Cyber, Software and Data
Desirable:
    Experience of working with Learner Management Systems and or Learner Experience Platforms
