This work is flexible to suit the interest, availability and ambitions of the candidate. This might be full time, part time, ad hoc, term time only, or school holidays only. We are looking for people who have some experience of working with neurodivergent young people and/or adults or who are keen to learn and develop new skills.
We are a relatively small, close-knit, friendly team, 50% of whom are neurodivergent. We work in SEN/SEMH schools and in the community in Reading, Berkshire and surrounding counties 6 days a week bringing joy, laughter and play to neurodivergent people aged 4-adult.
You would be supporting attendees in a group or working within a group on a 1:1 basis with an attendee to access the sessions. There are opportunities to get involved in the wider aspects of a rapidly growing community theatre company for the right candidate.
