The Role

• Lead diverse, culture-forward campaigns by guiding agency efforts and ensuring accountability.
• Foster diversity of thought through collaborative engagement with individuals, collaborators, and partners.
• Drive client conversations to sell more creatively challenging and diverse work.
• Boost client confidence in the agency's diverse and culture-leading ideas by articulating commercial and cultural benefits.
• Inspire and advise the creative team to enhance cultural intelligence and diversify thinking for better creative outcomes.
• Act as an external representative for the agency, promoting creative diversity through industry engagement and thought leadership.
• Contribute to new business initiatives, aiming to secure projects with globally recognized, culturally connected brands.

About You

• Exhibit a strong grasp of cultural nuances and high cultural intelligence within a professional setting.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant industries, offering expertise to guide and elevate creative campaigns.
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully developing and marketing culturally resonant brand creative.
• Express a genuine enthusiasm for and understanding of youth culture.
• Function as an articulate and charismatic communicator, adept at leading compelling discussions.
• Embrace a commercially driven and entrepreneurial mindset, committed to positively shaping the industry.
• Bring vibrant energy and passion to the agency, clients, and projects.
