No two days are the same; one may be spent attending creative meetings and writing content from our office hub, the next could be facilitating workshops, running rehearsals, or filming on location. Juggling multiple projects at a time, the Creative could find themselves writing scripts for theatre shows, planning workshops to tackle key social issues, attending holiday programmes for targeted young people, or presenting ideas to project funders and stakeholders.
Whether on zoom or in office, creative meetings at Unique Voice are full of inspiration and passion; the Creative plays a pivotal part in coming up with fresh ideas and ensuring the work produced is always original, exciting, and front-line in its field. The nature of this role requires an individual who is versatile and adaptable, ready to problem solve and take on different responsibilities to suit each project's needs.
Working with children and young people is central to all aspects of the Creative's work, from facilitating workshops to planning youth programmes. A true passion for the social and emotional development of children is vital for this role.
As a member of a hard working and passionate team, the Creative is responsible for personal workload management and planning to ensure that deadlines are met. The varied nature of Unique Voice's work makes this role ideal for someone ready to jump into exciting new concepts and approach each project with curiosity, passion and creativity.
Unique Voice is committed to supporting staff members to meet the needs of service users, offering regular opportunities to take part in CPD trainings and coaching. The Creative sees projects from start to finish of their lifecycle and works to review and improve at every opportunity.
