We’re looking for a highly organised and dynamic Creative Project Managerto lead our talented team of designers. The core of this role is not just about creativity - it’s about superb people management and adept project delegation under increased workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of designers, ensuring the successful execution of Creative Projects. Foster a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Project Delegation: Efficiently assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the best use of each team member’s strengths, particularly in utilising design skills for successful project completion.
• Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines. Guarantee that all deadlines are met, and projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a crucial point of contact for different stakeholders. Ensure all project requirements are understood and stakeholders’ expectations are met.
• Creative Oversight: Oversee the development and alignment of creative concepts with the creative director’s vision and the overall brand strategy. Provide creative guidance and constructive feedback to enhance team outputs.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the creative team and other departments, enhancing overall project cohesion and efficiency.
• Industry Awareness: Keep updated with industry trends and best practices in design and photography to continually elevate the quality of our creative output.

What We're Looking For

• Solid project management experience, ideally from a similar creative background.
• Experience in managing project workflows using Asana is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in managing creative teams with a passion for nurturing and developing talent within the team.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Background in design, with the ability to mentor team members in creative and design techniques and shoot experience.
• A strong background in design, with expertise in the Adobe Suite, and Camera Raw.
• Confidence in delivering high-quality imagery and presenting creative ideas effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships across departments.
• A self-starter mentality, capable of taking initiative and driving projects forward.

• Employment Type: This role is offered on a full-time contract, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• Where we're located: Tropic HQ is located a short walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, which is connected to East Croydon and Wimbledon.
