Creative Team Lead

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a switched-on YouTube Production and Social Media team Lead who is an experienced remote worker to join a global team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Translate brand vision into tangible digital, social, and traditional assets
Manage the team of Social Media Associates
Build in metrics for team growth and mentorship
Develop and implement creative strategies for multiple YouTube channels
Lead end-to-end video production, managing shoots, and maintaining high standards
Oversee coordination and scheduling Founder interviews for media outlets
Lead and mentor a Creative Team, fostering collaboration and creativity
Maintain high standards for video content, providing constructive feedback
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and suggest innovative solutions
REQUIREMENTS
5 years’ experience producing content for commercial or social media channels
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative suit, and Google Analytics
Experience managing a team
Background in luxury brands is desirable
Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production
Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction
Portfolio to submit with application
This role is paying up to £65k (DOE)
