Your new company
A well established, global corporate travel and event company. Due to the continualgrowth of the company, a new position in the finance team has opened up. Your new role

• Client Account Management (UK): Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts.
• Client Query Resolution: Investigate and promptly respond to client enquiries.
• Stakeholder Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Debt Collection: Proactively follow up with clients to recover overdue debts.
• Financial Transactions Handling: Allocate bank receipts and manage miscellaneous accounts receivable journals.
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Compile and provide customised reports to clients, supporting billing and facilitating payment of outstanding invoices.
• Additional Tasks: Perform any other ad hoc duties as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2-3 years experience within Credit Control
• Brilliant communication skills, able to work within a team and communicate with stakeholders/ clients.
• Attention to detail, able to achieve targets and hit deadlines
• Confident in Excel
