Credit Control Manager, Hamilton, Salary £40,000 to £50,000 per annum + Comprehensive Benefits!
Credit Control Manager required to join our clients well-established Finance Team and make a significant impact in a pivotal role reporting directly to the Managing and Finance Directors. The Credit Control Manager will have vast experience in debt recovery and collecting large amounts on behalf of their employer.

Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Debt Collection: Take charge of orchestrating the strategic collection of substantial debts, demonstrating your keen focus on managing outstanding payments.Leadership Excellence: Drive growth and development within the credit team by assuming a leadership role and fostering team excellence.Precise Financial Records: Meticulously purify ledgers and reconcile outstanding premiums, highlighting your pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records.Proactive Credit Control: Oversee day-to-day Credit Control activities, monitor outstanding debts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve payment issues.Legal Expertise: Attend court actions, when necessary, initiate legal proceedings if clients fail to meet debt obligations, and expertly negotiate payment plans.
Role Must Haves:
Showcase an impressive 20 years of experience in credit or financial roles, backed by a strong Credit Control background.Demonstrate business acumen, assess, and mitigate financial risks, and showcase a strategic approach to financial management.Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent accreditations, reflecting a strong foundation in financial and business principles.Regulatory Compliance: Exhibit a thorough understanding of pertinent regulations, including MCOB, CONC 7, and the Consumer Credit Act, demonstrating commitment to compliance.
