My client is an award winning, national law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Credit Hire Fee Earner to handle a caseload of Credit Hire & RTA files, the majority of which will be litigated.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing a Credit Hire case load with a high percentage of litigated files. You will receive the files once they drop out of the portal and manage them through the litigation process. The files will be complex in nature so it is essential you have strong technical skills.
