My client is one of the leading legal practices in Liverpool and the North West, and are seeking a skilled Credit HireFee Earner to join their expanding team.
The role will involve managing a caseload of fast track and multi-track Credit Hire claims, with a mixture of liability admitted and disputed claims. You will be responsible for compliance with court orders as well as internal processes, ensuring cases are ran efficiently with regular updates to the Credit Hire provider, building and maintaining a strong working relationship.
Office is based in central Liverpool, with some flexibility for home/hybrid working.
Candidates should have the ability to negotiate and settle cases to achieve the best outcome for clients, so strong case Credit Hire law knowledge is required, ideally with a good all round understanding of RTA including PI.
Salary is negotiable based on depth of knowledge and experience but a guide of £30-40k was given - there is flexibility above this for a strong candidate.
