One of Newcastle's leading Personal Injury specialists is looking to strengthen its Vehicle Damage department with the hire of an experienced Credit Hire Litigator.

Applications are welcomed from experienced Litigators, to include Credit Hire Solicitors, Legal Executives, Non-Qualified Fee Earners and Paralegals.

This role involves managing a caseload of Credit Hire files ensuring optimal recovery is achieved with respect to the heads of claim.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for thoroughly preparing cases, securing evidence, and presenting compelling arguments for hire recovery
• Optimising case profitability by maximising income through hire, repairs, recovery, and storage
• Ensuring compliance with court directions
• Managing a caseload of litigated claims from issue to hearing or settlement
• Delivering a level of client care in accordance with SRA regulations
