Responsibilities within your new role as the Credit Risk Analyst

  • Monitor policies and procedures that will help meet risk management goals

  • Monitor and evaluate active accounts to reduce or prevent bad debt losses

  • Build a financial model that predicts Credit Risk

  • Ensure regular review of credit policy in line with feedback from various credit forums, the credit checking provider, and current economy/industry trends

  • Provide statistics/reporting to confirm that credit policy is working well in line with the current economy

  • Prepare monthly performance and risk reports

 

Your experience, qualifications and personality

As the Credit Risk Analyst, you will have substantial experience working in Credit Risk, excellent attention to detail and strong communication and presentation skills. We are looking for a ‘people person’ with a hands-on approach. Some familiarity with the construction industry would be advantageous.
