An introduction to the company and role:
Wade Macdonald are currently working with an exciting company who are looking for a Credit Control Manager to join the team on a permanent basis!
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Manage all new credit applications
- Agree credit limits with customers
- Liaise with the insurer where needed
- Approve sales orders
- Provide support to the credit control team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Improve processes and resolve system issues as necessary
- Assist with Audit reviews
What experience do you need?
- Previous experience working in the credit control function
- Previous experience dealing with Credit Risk duties
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to make useful changes to receivables processes, increasing efficiency
- Intermediate Excel skills
