This market leading firm are looking for a Crime and Regulatory Solicitor to join their office in the West Midlands with opportunity for hybrid working.
Role Overview
As a Crime and Regulatory Solicitor in this team, you'll focus on motor crime, inquests, and Regulatory cases, offering vital support from the moment an incident occurs until its resolution. Your responsibilities will include thorough investigations into incident circumstances, providing unwavering support to clients, gathering statements, attending interviews under caution, and guiding cases through to a successful conclusion.
Candidate Profile
The firm are looking for a Crime and Regulatory Solicitor with:
- Around 3 years PQE with substantial experience in motor crime.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Superb interpersonal skills to handle sensitive client situations with care.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with individuals across all levels.
What's On Offer
On offer with this Crime and Regulatory Solicitor role is:
-A competitive salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.
- Flexibility in working hours (full or part-time, 28-35 hours per week).
- An opportunity for NQ - 3 years PQE individuals with at least 6 months' experience in RTA crime or magistrates/crown court exposure.
- Exposure to a diverse array of cases within motor crime, nursing/care sector, and health & safety domains, with a specific emphasis on motor crime cases.
