As the backbone of the legal team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team of 5 Fee earners with a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's criminal department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include document preparation, court filings, client communication, diary management, typing and any other secretarial duties, all while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and discretion.The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years' experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a criminal law department. Proficiency in legal software and a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute are essential. An eye for detail and a strong organisational skill set are imperative to manage the demands of this fast-paced role.Candidates with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team will thrive in this position.
