The firm offer comprehensive Criminal Defence services spanning Police Stations, Magistrates' Court, and the Crown Court.Based at our Ashton Under Lyne Office, this role revolves around providing vital secretarial and clerical support to our fee earners while ensuring a warm and efficient reception service.Role Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary.
- Proficiency in GDPR checks and compliance.
- Ability to provide computer and IT support.
- Adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Familiarity with switchboard operations and telephone systems.
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations and reporting procedures.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Competence in word processing, audio typing, and numeracy.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and case management systems (with third-party support).
