I am seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join a dynamic legal team as a Case Worker. If you have experience in case working within either a criminal solicitors office or a barristers’ chambers, I want to hear from you!
They are an accredited Criminal Law Specialists, and their team comprises Duty Solicitors and Higher Court Advocates who go the extra mile to defend our clients.
Person Specification:
- Experience in case working within a criminal solicitors office or a barristers’ chambers.
- Ideally, experience in handling your caseload of criminal or prison law cases.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Understanding of client care requirements and a commitment to legal aid.
- IT literate with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Proactive mindset in supporting fee earners with consistent attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Good team work ethics, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- A legal qualification such as CILEX would be desirable but not essential.
- Police Station Accreditation would be desirable but not essential.
