The role:
To be considered for this Criminal Solicitor role you must be a qualified solicitor who is able to manage your own caseload including complex and sensitive matters ranging from serious fraud and white-collar crime to drug, theft and murder cases. This will require attending Police Station and Magistrates court as a part of the court and police station duty rota along with compliance with relevant case law and SRA/Lexcel regulations.
About you
Our client is seeking a Criminal Solicitor who is able to hit the ground running on an array of matters. It is looking for somebody who has worked within a criminal team and who is a Duty Solicitor or willing to train towards this. The firm needs somebody based in Telford or Shrewsbury with a driving license.
