SalaryOur client, a Top 100 Law Firm in Manchester have an opening in their Business Crime & Regulatory team – Not to be missed!
Currently seeking a Solicitor/Fee Earner with Police Station Representative Accreditation.
They are open to applicants with:
- 2+ years PQE as a Solicitor, as well as those with a CILEX or Senior Paralegal background and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Who possess a comprehensive understanding of criminal law, practices, and procedures, including the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE).
The role will involve providing advice at Police Stations for all types of cases, as well as preparing cases related to crime law issues at all levels of court. While higher rights are not necessary, the ability to undertake advocacy at court for crime cases is required. Previous experience in Police misconduct matters would be considered advantageous!
