• Band: 6
• Location: Oxford
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 3 Months with review to extend
• Pay rates: 28 Days, 32 Nights/Saturdays, 36 Sundays
• Working hours: 7 day service with 3 different shifts, Early - 07:00 - 20:00, Mid 08:30 - 21:30, Late - 11:00 - 00:00

Essential skills for the role;

• Registered Mental Health Nurse
• Experience of managing and mitigating risk in community settings
• Experience of community Crisis Management
• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and other application legislative frameworks
• Car driver with access to own car for work
• Experience and confidence working individually as well as in a multidisciplinary team
• Deliver brief therapeutic interventions
