Basic Salary £34,000 with 25 days Holiday, 10% pension contribution and Health Sheild Cash Plan package.

Permanent, Full Time

Our client is the membership body looking for a full-time CRM Administratorwho will be at the centre of all our activity.

CRM Administrator’s role includes the following:

Invoicing and processing all payments including subscription renewals and new member applications.

Chasing outstanding payments.

Ensuring that members’ details are accurate on the database.

General admin includes assisting with key IPG events and taking the Minutes of the weekly team meetings.

You must:

Find joy in database work.

Be curious about systems and processes.

Feel comfortable chasing outstanding payments.

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Accuracy is essential.

Be supremely organised and can work on your own initiative and under pressure.

Possess excellent collaborative and communication skills.

We’re looking for someone with database experience, ideally with a membership association.
