Wonderful ongoing part time role ( 3 days a week) starting in April.
.* Support the CRM Manager with the day-to-day production of multi-channel communications ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner to the highest standard. This includes, supporting ideas for initial briefs and email requirements, working closely with the Content Team to source the right creative/copy, and assisting in the build process.
* Supporting the CRM Manager with reporting, from daily campaign reports to analysing past campaigns and key trading moments to understand the CRM performance.
* Assist with lifecycle and triggered campaigns to grow strategic categories and encourage repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
* Build solid relationships with cross functional teams in the Digital department.
