Crm Delivery Specialist

We have an fantastic opportunity for a CRM Delivery Specialist to join our global Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements, planing, executing and reporting on evidence-based marketing activities within Email Marketing. Providing support, recommendations and best-practice advice to marketing colleagues around campaign set-up and management. Actively contribute to team and departmental objectives, as required.  Demonstrate an understanding of our customers and competition in order to develop marketing plans and inform commercial decisions and work closely with internal stakeholders in other marketing teams and departments.

What you will be doing: 

• Work with marketing planning teams and CRM delivery manager to help advice on best practice email plans
• Use channel expertise to execute campaign/one-off emails (working with stakeholders in content and CRM teams)
• Measure campaign level performance and report back to planners with reccomendations
• Build and execute test, learn & optimise plans to improve email performance and share learnings with wider teams to improve campaign performance and sharing results with campaign planners
• Use templates and agreed assets, managed by the Marketing automation team to support the brand correctly and consistently when building journeys.
• Maintain reports, budgets, trackers as required
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, potential customers and third-party services
• Accountable for managing own learning, taking responsibility to identify and develop skills gaps.
