SalaryWe are proud to be working in partnership with with a progressive and independent not-for-profit in the East Midlands supporting them in their search for two CRM Developers to assist with an exciting CRM project.
This is a full-time permanent position, offering hybrid working with the main site being in Derby and offering a salary of up £58,104 per annum.
Who are we looking for?
Be the 1st point of contact for the ICT Team receiving tickets via email, phone, instant message and in some instances face to face whilst making sure all information is recorded in the Service Desk system
Leverage out of the box Dynamics solutions and develop Dynamics in line with business expectations
Assist in designing and developing integration with key line of business applications
Actively seek and develop areas for improvement to platform performance and stability
Provide support services internally to the ICT team, including but not limited to; technical input/support; data preparation; ICT procurement; liaising with third party suppliers; maintaining supplier records; provision of management information/reports, documentation and all aspects relating to assisting the team in the development, delivery and support of the Group’s ICT systems
