I’m recruiting for one of the fastest growing multichannel retailers in the UK with over 170 UK stores stretched across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the islands and still growing.

As a CRM Executive, you will be an essential part of their digital marketing team, responsible for the day-to-day management of their email channel.
Collaborating closely with various stakeholders in marketing, trading, and online teams, and reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will leverage your CRM expertise to enhance customer engagement through timely, personalised, and relevant communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the email marketing channel.

Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement.

Create and manage email campaigns, ensuring they are timely and relevant.

Collaborate with marketing, trading, and online teams to align CRM activities with broader business objectives.

Analyse campaign performance and use insights to optimise future campaigns.

Ensure all email communications are in line with brand guidelines and compliance standards.

Salary                  £37K - £42K

Location                High Wycombe

Hybrid                  6 Days a month from home and early finish Friday

Requirements:

Proven experience in CRM and email marketing.

Strong commercial mindset and understanding of customer engagement strategies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in using CRM tools and email marketing platforms.

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
