You will form an integral part of the change management team, defining & building solutions to automate day to day processes. You will be key to implementing improvements in the CRM processes across the business.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and document customer requirements
- Design & enhance processes
- Testing & Implementation
- Ensure test environments are properly configured & test instructions provided to business testers
- Support the team to identify & resolve issues discovered
- Support with the implementation & delivery of the program
- Provide technical support across the team
- Documentation of CRM processes
Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with D365 (Including customisation & configuration)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in software development project implementation
- Strong understanding of cloud-based CRM
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in Agile methodology (SCRUM / Kanban)
