This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in improving the experience of our prospective students throughout their journey by leading the development and delivery of both existing and new systems, including the introduction of a comprehensive Customer Relations Management system. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with technical challenges and have experience of configuring CRM’s or adjacent systems to deliver a range of business requirements. A strong understanding of utilising technical and digital solutions to further your work and that of others across the University is essential. This will include utilising internal systems and databases to deliver solutions that underpin the key touch points throughout the student journey, so an awareness of the fundamentals of business change is essential. We’re looking for forward-thinkers in this space, bringing innovative ideas and being confident in working with a range of IT and non-specialist colleagues to understand their needs. You will be expected to take a collaborative and considered approach, acting as a subject matter expert for the systems and processes you are responsible for. You will lead a team to implement robust and considered solutions that support our strategic goals and outcomes, inspire best practice, and provide training and development for new approaches and processes.
