Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week. Usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Out of hours work on occasion. Flexible working is possible.

The CRM Marketing Manager is a new role for us, supported by significant investment in CRM systems and marketing resource. We are looking for someone to oversee CRM marketing and planning, developing lifecycles and campaigns to engage target audiences.
The ideal candidate will be as creative as they are analytical, using and insights to foster loyalty and advocacy for the brand. Collaboration will be key to develop this function for the organisation. The successful candidate will develop Anna Freud’s first CRM strategy and implement a new email service provider.

Location
Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD).
