This Marketing Agency works with some fantastic B2C clients across a range of different industries and they are currently going through some huge growth!
THE ROLE
As a CRM Planner, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Working closely with one of the agency's key clients to understand their goals and plans
- Create briefs for projects from both a analytical and creative perspective
- Working closely with the data and insights team to craft stories for stakeholders
- Present back to senior level client contacts to tell stories via strategy, data, and insights
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of CRM principles is necessary
- Experience in a data-led position will be required in order to develop strategy
- Prior experience working closely with brand and performance marketing teams would support your application
