SalaryExciting new CRM Executive opportunity based at our Chester Head Office.The Marketing Automations Strategist / CRM Executive will drive the use of CRM Martech to facilitate great customer experiences, owning the creation and build of dynamically personalised customer journeys, for customer segments. And be responsible for implementing processes that ensure high quality output. Responsible for project delivery, you will also develop subject matter expertise for the CRM Martech portfolio to ensure it is constantly optimised. This marketing automations division will :Work alongside colleagues in the CRM team responsible for customer journey plans, creative concepts and copy. Sequence automations for multiple brands in the Sykes Group, and customer segments, across the customer journey Deliver these journeys to enhance the customer experience throughout their lifecycle, in line with specific business goals. Ensure quality through rigorous testing and sign-off before launch Develop a scalable approach to journey building (for multiple brands and customer value segments), that maximises efficiencies (time/effort). Research latest channel techniques to inspire new ideas; develop and evolve best practices Monitor and audit live automations to ensure accuracy and correct functioning Manage a testing programme designed to optimise and improve journeys Ongoing review of campaign performance/results - and finding insights in the data to make improvements to journeys You will be a constant role model for the Sykes values, and ensure they become a way of working for the whole team giving every customer (internal and external) a 'World Class Customer Experience'. Your role includes identifying, sharing and spreading best practise throughout the business, and demonstrating excellent teamwork. You will ensure that all decisions are based on the achievement of the Company Strategic Pillars. Note: This Role Profile reflects the present requirements of the post.
