Working for a successful Cruise company, in their Customer Service team , successful Cruise Customer Service Experts will assist clients with any queries on existing booking and complete any amendments, whilst offering a high level of service . This is a remote position and both full time and part time hours available .Opening Hours 9am -6pm Monday-Friday , Saturdays 9am-6pm , working 1 Saturdays per month. Cruise Customer Service Expert responsibilities . Assisting clients with any queries on their cruise reservations and completing any amendments on bookings. Booking additional services when required including excursions, dining, and drink packages Offering an exceptional level of Customer Service and completing work to a high standard. Cruise Customer Service Expertskills required.
