CSC Advanced/Senior Pract

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join our Leaving Care Service, known as the Next Steps Team.
ASYE + at least 3 years experience plus additional supervisory/practice development role/contributing to learning of others. 
You will play an important part in our continuing commitment to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our care leavers and will have the opportunity to lead the Pathway Planning process and support our childrenand young people to aim higher and achieve their
aspirations.
You will need knowledge and understanding of the duties placed on the Local Authority for Cared for Children and Care Leavers and you will have a comprehensive understanding of care and pathway planning processes in supporting young people to make successful transition to adult life.
You will also have the knowledge and understanding in delivering high quality support, advice and guidance in line with the corporate parenting.
