Job Title: CSCS Counterbalance

Job Duties:

• Operating counterbalance forklifts on construction sites
• Transporting materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods using the forklift
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety regulations at all times

Required Qualifications:

• CSCS card with Counterbalance forklift licence
• Proven experience in operating counterbalance forklifts
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations

Education:

No specific educational requirements, but relevant certifications are preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating counterbalance forklifts in a construction environment

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent forklift operation skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in forklift operation
• Previous experience in the construction industry

Working Conditions:

The role involves working on construction sites, which may have varying weather conditions. The candidate must be able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
