SalaryMy client is a top tier law firm whose clients are from the real estate, private wealth and corporate sectors. A boutique firm, the team are collaborative and welcoming and as such people rarely leave. They are looking for an experienced CSR Manager on a 9 Month contract to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a CSR Manager with strategic and operational experience- along with strong interpersonal and team management skills. The role covers Charity and Community, ED&I, Pro Bono, Sustainability and Wellbeing. This person will manage a small, high performing team and work closely senior Stakeholders. Projects will include supporting the roll-out for the new EDI strategy, supporting the firm's consideration of B Corp status, embedding and managing ongoing charity, DEI, Pro Bono, Sustainability initiative and support the firm's wellbeing program, manage emissions measurement and reporting process including implementation of emission reduction strategy.
The ideal candidate will have previous in a similar role having managed a small team, be able to manage and motivate a team, build strong relationships at all levels, have project management experience and posses a proactive, can-do approach to their work.
