An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Culinary Admin Manager to join this passionate, supporting and dynamic Restaurants & Kitchens team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.

About the Role

The Culinary Admin Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our operational efficiency by managing and controlling costs associated with food and beverage inventory, stock, waste and margin. You’ll create recommendations on how we achieve our financial targets along with constantly reviewing ways of working with a vision to improve as required to achieve long lasting impact that will support the business objectives.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing and maintaining accurate inventory records, and implementing effective system management of cost of food, gross profit and shrinkage across Restaurants & Kitchens. You’ll be accountable for the output of the Culinary Admin team ensuring the team structure supports existing and future business requirements. You’ll build successful relationships with your team and key stakeholders across the directorate and business to achieve positive results.

About You

You’ll be a valuable team leader with a strong track record in a similar role, ideally from a high people volume business, whether this be in a hospitality or retail environment. You’ll possess a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry and a strong analytical mindset. You are enthusiastic about driving cost control initiatives and reporting on the financial performance for the restaurants and culinary division.

Ideally, you’ll have experience using SAP and QADEX or a similar system. You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional communicational and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with other business areas in your day to day. You’ll have good analytical skills and with excellent attention to detail. Having solid PC skills is a must, being particularly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
