Culinary Developer

Location: National

Salary: £55,000

We are recruiting for a strong culinary leader who is able to come in and help transform the food offering for a national account based around a café concept.

This is a hands on role where you will help develop and ultimately implement a new and exciting concept focused on current food trends and regional strategies.
There is a wide support network including dedicated marketing and buying team to help devise and realise the offering including roll out.

The role requires national travel with over 100 sites in the contract and some weekend work may be required.
This is a commercial offering so experience developing a food concept and roll out within a Café/high street setting will be required.
Once the concept has been devised the implementation will require you to train and lead your team and this will be a full time role rather than a fixed term project.

It is imperative that you have a strong food development background as well as the experience in a similar capacity to launch an offering.

The Successful Candidate:

• Craft Trained
• Experience in all due diligence, COSHH, P&L and Health & Safety
• Organised
• Food development background
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proven experience of rolling out a food concept across multiple sites
• Flexible in their approach and can work on their own initiative
• A passion for delivering excellent food and standards
• Bags of personality and a fantastic work ethic are essential
