To be the main interface and driver within the heritage and cultural sector for the delivery of North Lincolnshire's Cultural Strategy, Cultural Futuresworking in partnership with a range of stakeholders enabling a wider range of people to be involved with heritage and culture.

To develop an evaluation framework to assess success and to provide succession planning once the initial programme is complete.
