Curriculum Assessment Coordinator 

Location - BN1 

Full time 36.5 hrs per week, Hybrid (2 days off-site) 

£12.78 - £14.74 per hour PAYE (Dependant on experience)

£15.66 - £18.15 per hour LTD Umbrella (Dependant on experience)

Ongoing temporary position to start ASAP 

My Client, a Brighton based University, seek a Curriculum Assessment Coordinator to assist their team with the coordination of taught courses to help ensure that they are maintaining the required levels of activity and run at a high standard. 

Main responsibilities include:

• Arranging and supporting meetings as well as School and departmental events to circulate publicity. 
• Supporting School processes on obtaining student feedback and reporting this to the Board and Education Commitee.
• Coordinating and processing course transfers and other variations of study requests. 
•  Providing support for internal and external audits and reviews. 
• Dealing with queries from staff and students regarding assessment regulations and outcomes. 
• Maintaining accurate records of exam board outcomes. 
• Providing administrative support for academic misconduct and appeals processes. 

The successful candidate will need:

• To come from an administrative background.
• Experience of supporting and servicing meetings.
• The ability to communicate effectively and explain regulations and procedures in a clear manor. 
• The ability to deal sensitively with anxious students. 
• The experience of working within an educational setting is preferred.
