About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of the curriculum, manage learning coaches, ensure the effective operation of end-to-end learner journey processes, and drive curriculum design and innovation. Your efforts will be crucial in fostering learner progression and maintaining high standards of quality provision.

Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Manage the delivery of high-quality learning programmes.
- Team Leadership: Support and develop teams of learning coaches.
- Process Management: Implement and oversee learner journey processes.

- Learner Progression: Ensure the progression and quality of learner provision.
Essential Criteria
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Certificate in Education (Level 4) or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards it.
- Vocational experience in one curriculum area of responsibility (L3).
- Maths and English at L2 or equivalent.
- Experience in creating and delivering high-quality learning programmes.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to work unsocial hours and travel as required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good working relationships.
Desirable Criteria
- PGCE or QTLS.
- Management qualification.
- Knowledge of relevant quality assurance systems, particularly the education inspection framework.
- Experience in delivering multi-site or national learning programmes.
- Good IT skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
