Coyne Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a niche leading apprenticeship provider, currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Curriculum & Performance Manager for Engineering and Automotive. About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of the curriculum, manage learning coaches, ensure the effective operation of end-to-end learner journey processes, and drive curriculum design and innovation. Your efforts will be crucial in fostering learner progression and maintaining high standards of quality provision.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Delivery: Manage the delivery of high-quality learning programmes.
  • Team Leadership: Support and develop teams of learning coaches.

Essential Criteria

To be successful in your application, you will need:

  • Certificate in Education (Level 4) or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards it.
  • Vocational experience in one curriculum area of responsibility (L3).
  • Maths and English at L2 or equivalent.
  • Experience in creating and delivering high-quality learning programmes.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work unsocial hours and travel as required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good working relationships.

Desirable Criteria

  • PGCE or QTLS.
  • Management qualification.
  • Knowledge of relevant quality assurance systems, particularly the education inspection framework.
  • Experience in delivering multi-site or national learning programmes.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
