Weston College are the education provider at a number of prisons across the South West and we are looking for a Curriculum Manager to join our team at HMP Dartmoor.
The successful candidate will report to the Lot Manager, and will take responsibility for the education team within HMP Dartmoor. Working with your Assistant Curriculum Manager, you will ensure that we deliver an innovative and relevant curriculum. You will need to be a qualified teacher with an understanding of current teaching methods and a focus on quality.
As the Curriculum Manager, you will need to have or gain knowledge of the PEF funding methodologies, and be comfortable understanding and analysing data such as progression and success rates of learners.
The Curriculum Manager is responsible for the education team, therefore experience of people management is essential for this role.
You will work 37 hours per week, on site at HMP Dartmoor.
