Curriculum Manager

Step Teachers are currently working with a brilliant secondary institute that aids those with learning disabilities and mental health disorders. This role is excellent for those looking for leadership roles.

Based out of our learning hub in Truro, you will be responsible for the college’s provision to students in Cornwall, leading and managing a team of around 15 Learning Mentors and Learning Tutors across the county. You will ensure that students are supported to meet their needs, aspirations and destinations, as outlined in their EHCP, and that student safety, enjoyment and success is at the heart of planning and delivery.

Requirements

• Experience working with students with learning disabilities and/or mental health
• Supervision of a team that works across a variety of areas
• Level 3 in Education and training; or equivalent of QTS
• Ability to travel between sites
