We are currently partnering with a logistics organisation based in Isleworth, our client is seeking Custom Clearance Administrators to join their team. These roles are temporary to permanent opportunities for the right candidates. Working on their night shift you will be required to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 1900hrs - 0700am. However, for the first two months you will be in training and therefor will work a day shift 0900am – 1730hrs.
This role would suit someone with strong administration and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to input high levels of information onto their system where accuracy is key.
 
Duties

• Customs clearance entry
• Data entry
• Arranging vehicles
• Deal with Air freight
• Checking air freight documents

 
The Candidate

• Previous experience within a logistics environment desired not essential.
• Previous experience within customs desired not essential.
• Meticulous and strong attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Good communication both written and verbal
• During training the hourly rate will be paid at £11.50 before moving on to the night shift rate of £12.50
